Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup raw quinoa
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 3-4 chocolate Tom & Jenny’s caramels, melted
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
Steps
1.) Toast the quinoa in a saucepan on low to medium heat until you hear popping. Remove from heat.
2.) Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and caramels in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute.
3.) Stir in the peanut butter.
4.) Mix it all together and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
5.) Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and freeze for at least one hour.
