Total carbs aren’t net carbs

We sweeten with plant-based xylitol and maltitol, also called "Sugar Alcohols." Your body digests them differently from sugar or corn syrup.

Half the carbs from these sweeteners make it into your system.

To calculate net carbs, divide sugar alcohols in half, then subtract that amount from total carbs.

OUR SECRET INGREDIENT IS PASSION

Shhhh, don't tell! Jenny's a dentist, but she loves candy. Let's be real, who doesn't? Sweets bring joy, especially when you can share them with a friend. That's why Jenny and Tom worked countless hours in their tiny apartment kitchen as newlyweds, searching for the perfect sugar-free recipe. Over 200 test batches later, they had their amazing caramel. Years later, they're still experimenting in their home kitchen, only now it's with two little ones helping.
