Refund policy

REFUND POLICY 
If you would like to return or exchange a product you purchased through tomandjennys.com, please let us know by emailing "hello@tomandjennys.com" within 30 days of your purchase. We will work in good faith to offer a refund or exchange for unopened and unused product. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds for opened product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Tom & Jenny's unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt (email purchase receipt is sufficient) and that you return ship us any unopened and unused product before processing your refund. In cases where customer received free shipping, product return shipping expenses will be at customer's expense. Please include your order number, name under which the order was placed and shipment address with any returns to ensure we can process your return.

Unfortunately, we can not process refunds for product ordered via retail stores or reseller or marketplace websites not managed by our company.

Gift cards are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Approved refund requests will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within five business days of receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If, after placing your order, you would like to cancel, please notify us as quickly as possible at "hello@tomandjennys.com." We utilize third-party fulfillment services, which often automatically begin the shipping process once your order has been placed. By placing orders through this website, you accept that in some cases we will not be able to prevent an order from going out. In those cases we may not be able to refund all or a portion of your purchase price. In rare cases, even if we are able to stop the order going out, certain shipping and handling activities that have already happened up to that point will be billed to us and you accept that we will pass those costs on to you in the form of a reduced refund. In all cases, refunds are subject to the REFUND POLICY stated above.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you within five business days. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the product was originally shipped to someone other than you, we will send a refund to the original recipient.

Depending on where you live, the transit time for exchanged product to reach you may vary.
