Participation in the Tom & Jenny's customer referral program is optional. Referral program rewards are subject to the terms and conditions, return policy and any other stated policies of this website. Referral discounts given to new referred customers are limited to one discount per new customer. Individuals determined in good faith by Tom & Jenny's to be "gaming the system" may be removed from participation. For example, use of multiple different emails actually belonging to the same new customer to obtain multiple new customer referral discounts for one individual, may be invalidated at the discretion of Tom & Jenny's. Individuals may refer multiple new customer emails, so long as those emails each belong to a distinct and separate new customer not formerly a purchaser or email list member of Tom & Jenny's. Tom & Jenny's reserves the right to modify the rules of or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
