Our friend, Anna at baconbutterbourbon.com (@baconbutterbourbon on instagram) is a keto foodie with some delicious recipes! She created a super fun, delicious Caramel Apple Cheesecake Pop recipe! We just had to share it! Enjoy Anna's original post below:
1. First, prepare a base mug cake recipe:
(a) Mix together:
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
2 Tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Flavor with @lorannoils green apple concentrate
(b) Microwave in a greased ramekin for 60 seconds or until set
2. Form and set the cake pops!
Thoroughly mix the mug cake with 1 ounce of softened cream cheese, 1 Tablespoon of confectioners @swervesweetie, and a few more drops of apple flavor. Form into balls, insert a stick, and freeze.
Melt @choczero white chocolate chips and color with some green, and a drop of yellow, food coloring. Coat the cake pops and set thoroughly in the fridge.
Quickly dip very cold pops in some very hot, melted @tomandjennys classic caramel and roll in chopped peanuts. Set and store in the fridge.
