Whether you're an overnight oats pro or this is your first time trying them, this simple recipe will have you fueled up and ready for the day! Peanut butter, caramel, and vanilla all come together for a delightful taste experience! Check out the recipe below:

 

Ingredients:

Oat Base

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon sugar-free maple syrup (or similar sweetener of your choice)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste (sugar-free if available)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dates

 

Peanut Butter Tahini Caramel Sauce

  • 2 Tom & Jenny’s caramels (we recommend Classic or Ginger)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk
  • A hint of vanilla paste


Steps:


1.) In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla paste, sea salt, oat milk, and cinnamon until well combined.

2.) Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

 

3.) Before serving, prepare the caramel sauce -- In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the Tom & Jenny’s caramels, peanut butter, hint of vanilla paste and tahini with a splash of oat milk for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.

4.) Remove the oat bowl from the fridge and top with chopped dates and pecans. Drizzle the sauce over and enjoy!
