Chocolate Tahini Fudge with Caramel


This chocolate tahini fudge is the perfect balance of rich, creamy, and sweetness, all while being easy to make and naturally delicious.

 

The tahini gives it a smooth, nutty flavor and the cocoa adds a deep chocolatey richness. The best part? A melty drizzle of Tom & Jenny’s caramel on top for that extra indulgent finish. Just mix, freeze, and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • Splash of sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 2-3 pieces of Tom & Jenny’s caramel, melted


Steps: 


1.) In a bowl, mix the tahini, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.


2.) Pour the mixture into a small dish or lined container, spreading evenly. Freeze for about one hour, or until firm. Once set, cut into squares.


3.) Melt Tom & Jenny’s caramel in the microwave or over low heat, then drizzle generously over the fudge. Let the caramel set slightly, or enjoy immediately for the ultimate melty, delicious bite!


4.) Store leftovers in the freezer—if you can resist eating them all at once!
