We’ve made Snickers-inspired bars before, but this mini version takes it to a whole new level.
These bite-sized treats are even better than before—more shareable, more indulgent, and packed with that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and creamy flavors. With a caramel peanut butter sauce, a drizzle of melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these mini bars are the ultimate snack to share (or keep all to yourself)!
Ingredients:
- 12-14 pitted Medjool dates (or other soft dates)
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 Tom & Jenny’s soft caramels
- 1 tbsp of oat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Steps:
1.) Cut each date in half and remove the pit. Set dates aside on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
2.) Prepare the caramel peanut butter sauce. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter, tahini, caramels, and oat milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle the warm caramel peanut butter generously over each date.
3.) Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date bite, covering the caramel layer.
4.) Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts for crunch and a pinch of flaky sea salt to balance the sweetness.
5.) Once all the toppings are added, refrigerate the date bites for 20-30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Serve chilled and enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy in every bite!
