Make a batch of these no-bake brownies and thank your freezer later. They’re rich, fudgy, gooey, and irresistible.
The perfect snack if you're trying to keep sugar low and still enjoy the thick chocolatey goodness of a brownie!
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 5-6 Tom & Jenny’s caramels
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Steps:
1.) In a medium bowl, stir together the almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until a thick, smooth dough forms.
2.) Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the brownie mixture evenly into the pan.
3.) Melt the Tom & Jenny’s in the microwave (30 second intervals until melted) then drizzle it over the top of the brownie layer. Repeat this for the chocolate chips and then drizzle on top as well. Use a spatula to spread or a knife to swirl, if desired.
4.) Place the pan in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Once set, remove from the freezer, slice into squares, and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer for the perfect grab-and-go treat.
