    Our chocolates are sweetened with keto-friendly allulose and erythritol! So you get great flavor with much lower net carbs, calories, and blood sugar impact. Our caramels are sweetened with natural, plant-derived xylitol and maltitol, which taste just like sugar, but deliver lower carbs and calories.

  • Gluten-free

    We thought it was important to ensure none of the ingredients in our chocolate bars or caramel candies contain or are derived from wheat, rye, barley, or crossbreeds of those grains.

  • Low carb for a moderate Keto diet!

    Eating too many simple carbs can seriously throw your blood sugar out of whack, we worked to keep net carbs as low as possible. Our chocolates range from 0.5 to 4 g per serving and our caramels are under 12 g.

  • Fewer calories per serving!

    Another benefit of the sweeteners we use: lower calories. Our chocolates are under 140 calories per serving and our caramels contain just 100 calories per five-piece serving. That's far lower than your average sugar options.

  • Tooth-friendly

    One of Dr. Jenny's priorities was ensuring our caramels would help, not harm, dental health. We use sweeteners that do not feed cavity-causing bacteria on your teeth and carefully tested our recipes to ensure our candies are soft and fast melting enough to help reduce the risk of plaque formation.
